Best Products for Fading Dark Spots
on Brown Skin

Overview: This site
was established to rate,
review, and compare the various dark spot products sold on the
internet. Some of them we reviewed worked some where horrible and were
a waste of time and money! All of them claimed to do the
best job for the money , but not all of them are, in fact many are
just gimmicks that range in price any where from $10 to $500! The fact is
that some product to fade spots and scars do actually work! The problems
is cutting through the hype to find out which ones are real and work,
which ones are real and kinda work, and which ones are just overpriced
gimmicks!
That is exactly the purpose
of this website, as I was in the same position you are in a year ago when
I had dark spots all over my face and I did
not know what to choose. My first reaction was to go the drugs store and just buy
the first thing I thought of from commercials but that was a big mistake. I
wish there was a site like this a year ago, so I could have cut through
the hype, and just purchased the one that actually delivers results. All
in all, I think it was worth it, as I now know first hand what WORKS
and what DOESN'T , and if you're like me, you wouldn't mind
trying a few different products to find that one product that
can dramatically enhance skin e, confidence, and overall appearance.
I honestly I would find a product that would even out my skin
tone and make much of difference in my overall look, but now I
can't imagine going a day without my favorite new product.
Ofcorse, I never was ugly , just some discoloration (probably from acne). I never
received compliments about my " less than flawless " skin, and if I ever did
catch a compliment, it was usually the standard "pretty eyes" line. But now
after 4 months of using my favorite skin product , I get 2-3 compliments a
day about how "pretty" my smile is from both men and women. I also seem to
be getting alot more attention from everyone . So, here are my skin product

My Number One Pick: Clear and Even Tone at
Blackskin.com is the winner, too bad I didn't find
it first (works for all brown skin tones). I first heard about this product
on BlackVoices.com. The woman reporting on the site recommended it to fade
dark spots quickly, and so far I must agree with BlackVoices.com! This is the best dark spot
fade gel on the market. The difference with this Clear and Even Tone
is that it combines Hydroquinone and Glycolic acid two products that work most
effectiving in fading spots an work well on dark skin tones. Aside
from the scientific reasoning, the results are absolutely fabulous, and
unlike other products, this one gives you results you can see
in a few days! In addition to erasing dark spots the others just can't
compare to, it also happens to be quickest, and
least expensive method I've tried. I absolutely love it. It only takes a
few days to see my complexion even out. Using this product, I was able to
erase all the spots on my face, back and arms. My boyfriend saw me using it, he started
using it under his neck from darkness from razors scars ! |

Runner Up: If you are looking
to lighten up a shade or two and you have brown skin I would
recommend the products at Skin-bleach.com they have some nice
products for lightening brown skin and black skin bleaching. The
products is pretty affordable at about 35 dollars and it last about
a month long enough to see some results . This is a product looking
for over all lightening. I like lotion it feels really good and you
see changes in n couple weeks. I have found it pretty
effective. This is a ethnic product for ethnic skin .
Make sure you use sunscreen if you use this product. The
only thing i didnt like was they dont sell something for
like private area lightening.

Palmers
Skin Success is another popular skin
whitener . Palmer is fairly effective, and
like Clear
and Even Tone by Blackskin.com
, does has hydroquoine. However,
these products don't have the Hydroquinone and Glycolic acid
combo which is the key and they take a long time because if
they worked to fast or tow well Palmer would be
out business . It only gets 3 stars as I did
see some change versus a dramtic change with Clear
and Even Tone with Blackskin.com .
I do, however, love the way Palmers is packaged, I just wish it
worked as well . |

Aveeno
is this companies attempt at making a decent product for
ethnic skin . After using this product for 3 weeks, I did see that
my skin looked more glowy . It did not do anything for my spots
but it really made my face feel clean that why I only
recommend it as a back up when you run out of Clear and Even
Tone or Palmers .
The only reason it
gets 2 stars is because it's pretty cheap with a no results, just not much .

Ambi Fade Cream is the
flagship of
Ambi its most well know and one of the poorest
preformers in the bunch. The golden box makes it look like serious business.... better
looking box here I suppose, but the same ineffective
product as the ones below.
Ambi Fade Cream is heavily
promoted on TV commercials on urban radio and TV as a
cure but its not. I used this product for months. ZERO improvement for me ..
Ambi is good at marketing, but bad on results ... ineffective
product! Complete waste of money! |

Ambi Soft and Even did not do anything for
my spots . The packaging again looks nice but again doesn't do the job
. I was disappointed with this one. Really a let
down. |

Shocking!! Another Ambi product at the bottom of list! Same as above, Ambi Complexion Bar
is cheap but you get what you pay for
in this case.... not much. It simply does not work! Not recommended, read
above.

The Wrap up
No one should
have the live with spots on their skin! Women
of color often underestimate the ability of
companies to really develop a product that works for them,
but they are out there. Aside from your eyes, your skin
is the first thing people look at and usually remember
about you. Think about it! A even tone complexion makes people think more of
you ! If you're reading this, I'm sure you agree. That's
why I tried all of these darkspot fade creams and since I know which
ones worked for me and which ones didn't, I figured I should let everyone
know. It's my way of giving you some good info, getting back at the
products that didn't work, and thanking those that worked for me. As said
above, I completely recommendClear and Even Tone by
Blackskin.com , it's a potent dark
spot cream that works. Professional skin care is good too, but is
pricier and not as effective. Both come with a
guarantee, so your best bet may be to try both and stay with the
one that gives you your best skin! |
